Projects
A retail bank with 1.2M customers was losing clients silently — agents served everyone the same way, marketing delivered irrelevant offers, and there was no decisioning intelligence behind customer interactions.
Churn was rising with no clear signal of who was at risk or why. The business had the data but no product strategy to act on it.
I led end-to-end product discovery and delivery — from stakeholder alignment and PRD definition to phased rollout. Defined the decisioning strategy, customer profile schema, and omnichannel delivery model across web, mobile, branch and contact centre.
Drove A/B testing framework across 12 experiments to continuously refine model performance and product decisions.
Increased CSAT by +9 points through user-focused design and rollout strategy.
500K+ jobseekers per year navigating a paper-heavy, week-long assessment process. Caseworkers were overwhelmed with manual handling, there was zero digital integration with 26 A-Kassa funds, and no real-time data exchange.
A national public service was failing its most vulnerable users — those who needed speed and clarity the most were getting the slowest, most fragmented experience.
Led the product from ideation through rollout. Defined product scope, PRD, user journeys and integration strategy. Mapped caseworker workflows, ran stakeholder discovery workshops, and designed the digital-first assessment experience to eliminate paper entirely.
Architected integration with 26 external A-Kassa fund systems via REST APIs, enabling real-time data exchange and same-day processing for the first time.
Immigrants in Sweden preparing for citizenship face a fragmented landscape — resources are scattered, dry and unadaptive. There is no structured digital tool that meets users where they are and adjusts to their learning pace.
The gap is especially acute for people with limited Swedish who are simultaneously navigating a new country, language and legal system.
